Message from our CEO

Dear PRC Family,

As we reach the end of another year, I want to express my sincere gratitude to each one of you: our case managers, the board members, vendors and contractors, dedicated staff, and the families and residents we serve. Your trust, collaboration, and shared commitment to compassionate care have made 2025 a year of meaningful progress and renewed purpose for Peace Residential Care.

This year reminded us why our work matters. We witnessed our staff go above and beyond to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for every resident. We strengthened relationships with case managers whose partnership is essential to the continuity of services. We worked hand in hand with our vendors and contractors, who provided reliability and professionalism. And we remained accountable to our board, whose guidance has helped us grow with integrity.

To our residents and their families, thank you for allowing us into your lives. Your courage, resilience, and willingness to trust us fuel our desire to do better every single day.

As we prepare to enter 2026, our focus remains steady: improving quality, expanding staff training, strengthening our systems, and deepening our commitment to dignified, person-centered care. We are building on a solid foundation, and I am confident that the coming year will bring even more opportunities to serve with excellence.

Thank you for walking this journey with us. May this season bring warmth, rest, and hope to you and your families. On behalf of the entire PRC leadership team, I wish you a Merry Christmas, a wonderful holiday season, and a bright year ahead.

PRC Staff Retreat ✨

On November 7, our management and staff came together for a refreshing weekend retreat designed to unwind, reflect, and reconnect as one PRC family. The retreat offered space for honest conversations, shared laughter, and strengthened relationships, which are all essential to the work we do every day.

The retreat opened with a reaffirmation of PRC’s mission: delivering quality, person-centered care grounded in dignity, respect, and professionalism. Team-building activities, open discussions, and reflection sessions helped staff realign with our shared goals and renew their commitment to excellence.

Our CEO emphasized the importance of compassion, teamwork, and accountability. His message highlighted the progress PRC has made this year and encouraged staff to press forward with renewed commitment to quality care.
