COMMUNITY SUPPORT

“We Make it Individual” (WMI)

Peace Residential Care’s Community Support program, “We Make it Individual” (WMI), provides flexible and comprehensive community support services. This program aims at helping members engage in the community, build relationships, and achieve valued social roles. These services are provided by trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

In What Environment?

The services are provided in non-residential community-based settings. Members of the program can opt to receive support in non-disability-specific location of their choosing. Our skilled DSPs can meet the program members at home and provide transportation.

What Can You Expect?

Peace Residential Care will assist in acquiring and improving community living skills. We can help with personal assistance with daily living activities. The support is tailored to individual needs and will be documented in the Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP).
