Text Message Terms
Peace Residential Care sends document reminders by text to employees who ask for them. This page says what those messages are, how to start them, and how to stop.
Who sends these messages, and what they say
Messages come from Peace Residential Care at [TOLL-FREE NUMBER PENDING]. They are HR compliance reminders: a note that a work document is missing, has expired or is about to expire, with a secure link for sending a copy in.
Nothing else is sent to this number. There is no marketing of any kind.
How to opt in
Text JOIN to [TOLL-FREE NUMBER PENDING] from the mobile number your employer has on file for you.
You will get one message back confirming you are signed up. If we cannot match your number to an employee record, we will say so and nothing is started.
Opting in is optional
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of employment, and not required for anything. Reminders are sent by email whether or not you ever text us, and email remains the way to receive them if you would rather not be texted.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies — typically one to four messages a month.
Message and data rates may apply. Peace Residential Care does not charge for these messages; your mobile network may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and no further texts will be sent. You can reply HELP at any time for contact details. To start again later, text JOIN to [TOLL-FREE NUMBER PENDING].
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text may not arrive, and an important reminder is also sent by email for that reason.

An example of an ordinary reminder:
Hi Maria, This is Peace Residential Care HR. Our records show the documents below have expired or are missing, and Maine licensing requires them to be current.
- CPR Certificate — expired October 13, 2026
You can send them to us securely here: https://hr.peaceresidential.care/upload/kR7xQ2pLm9vTn4sWcY8dFhJ6bN3zA5gE
That link is just for you and stops working on November 10, 2026. You'll be asked to confirm your email address and phone number before you can upload.
A photo from your phone is fine as long as all four corners and the expiration date are readable. If you'd rather bring them to the office or you have any questions contact HR at (207) 745-1693.
Thank you,
Peace Residential Care — Human Resources
