Note From Our Program Manager
Dear Friends,
Since joining PRC, I have been encouraged by the dedication of our team and the strong commitment to quality care that defines this organization. It is a privilege to step into the role of Program Manager and contribute to the continued growth and stability of our services.
My role involves overseeing daily program operations, supporting direct care staff, ensuring care plans are implemented effectively, and maintaining the quality standards that families expect. Much of this work happens behind the scenes through coordination with guardians, documentation review, and real time problem solving to ensure each resident receives dignified and reliable support.
What stands out most is the dedication of our team. Residential care requires patience, attentiveness, and resilience. Our staff show up each day ready to serve, creating stability and comfort for the individuals in our care.
We also recognize that quality care is built through partnership. Strong collaboration between staff, families, and guardians ensures residents benefit from a consistent and supportive environment.
As we move through the month of March and acknowledge Women’s History Month, it is worth noting the many women who contribute to the strength of this field — as caregivers, guardians, healthcare professionals, and leaders. Their impact is visible in the stability and compassion that define residential care.
I remain grateful to be part of a team that prioritizes excellence, accountability, and dignity. We look forward to continuing this work together in the months ahead.

Staff Spotlight: Raoul’s Commitment to Care
At PRC, the quality of care we provide begins with the dedication of our caregivers. This month we are proud to spotlight Raoul, whose compassion and professionalism make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents he serves.
Raoul provides round the clock support in a host home setting, assisting residents with daily living activities, medication reminders, transportation, and emotional support. For Raoul, the most rewarding part of his work is the relationships he builds with the people he supports. “What I enjoy most is building meaningful relationships with residents and seeing their growth over time,” he says.
Raoul joined PRC last year because he believes deeply in compassionate service and the importance of treating every individual with dignity and respect. One moment that has stayed with him was seeing a resident achieve a personal goal they once doubted they could accomplish. Experiences like this remind him that patience and consistent support can have a lasting impact.
Outside of work, Raoul enjoys reading, staying informed about current events, and learning about cybersecurity and technology. His commitment to learning and discipline shapes the way he approaches his work each day.
Reflecting on his experience in caregiving, Raoul shares a message for others considering this field: “Caregiving is more than a job. It is a responsibility and a calling. The work can be challenging, but the impact you make in someone’s life is priceless.”
PRC is grateful for team members like Raoul who bring dedication, compassion, and stability to the residents we serve.
PRC Wellness Corner
In our Wellness Corner, we share simple ideas that support the emotional and physical well-being of those we care for. This month we explore the power of music and how familiar songs can lift spirits, spark memories, and bring moments of connection.

❤️ Songs stay with us. Even people with memory loss may still recognize music they loved earlier in life.
